**To ensure providing the highest quality of care, we review submissions for suitability for diagnosis and interpretability. While we make every effort to accommodate all referrals, undiagnostic scans, incomplete submissions, or erroneous uploads may be returned. In such situations paid fees will be refunded. A nominal administrative returning processing fee may be applied

***If a patient is unable to pay due to financial difficulties, we are happy to provide services for your patient on humanitarian grounds. This is our way of contributing to the community. Please contact us regarding such cases.
